The olive grove at Arci counts about 2500 trees, many of which more than a hundred years old. You can find mainly Carboncella, Raja, Fecciara and Leccino olives, plus a few Pendolino, Moraiolo and Rosciola. These varieties merge harmonically in the bouquet of our oil. A second grove is located in Scandriglia, in a mountain area. It counts about 500 trees, almost all Carboncella. Here grows the “Olivone”, symbol of our farm, one of the most ancient olive trees in Sabina. Upon reservation we will be glad to organize for our guests a visit to Scandriglia.
